Share the property type, number of rooms, approximate size and the areas you want cleaned. Say whether it is a regular clean, deep clean, end-of-tenancy clean or one-off visit. Photos or a room list can help the Provider understand the work without guessing.
Some cleaners bring their own products and equipment, while others may use yours. Confirm this before accepting an Offer, especially if you prefer specific products or need the Provider to avoid certain chemicals. Mention pets, allergies or delicate surfaces where relevant.
Clear personal items from surfaces where possible and explain any rooms or cupboards that should not be accessed. If the property will be empty, agree safe access arrangements through YoBeSE before the visit. For deep cleaning, highlight priority areas such as ovens, bathrooms, windows or carpets.
Check each public profile for the Provider’s stated services, delivery modes, service area and Verified Job Reviews where available. Promoted placement is a visibility product and should not be treated as a recommendation or guarantee. Compare the facts shown on the profile with the details written in any Offer before accepting.
Identify neglected areas, grease, limescale and appliances you want included. Ask for a task list so a deep clean is not confused with a routine visit.
Share property size, inventory expectations and whether carpets or appliances need cleaning. Agree the checklist and any return-visit policy without assuming a deposit guarantee.
Describe workspaces, washrooms, opening hours and secure areas. Agree cleaning frequency, supplies, access and how confidential documents will be protected.
State the number of windows, access restrictions and whether frames, sills or internal glass are included. Mention conservatories and upper-floor windows.
